Are Twinblades worth using or should I stick to my Straight sword and shield combo?

Stone twinblade is pretty good. Fun weapon for sure.

No not really. Santiers spear would be the only viable one

Red iron as well. Either way it's likely to get parried in pvp.

Used the Iron TB, DMG output is real!

I almost always use red iron TB + gold pine resin for bosses unless they're resistant to slash damage, then I just poke them with santier's spear lol. But red iron is just awesome.
