Total raids done not adding up with VoG raids done plus Crotas End raids done. I have 39 CE raids and 8 VoG raids but total is showing as just 39.
I've also noticed that if you do strikes from a playlist, they don't count until you do a strike from a regular level strike from a planet location, then it adds up all the strikes done on the playlist and adds them to the total.

Any CE raids before patch 1.1.1 were not added to the total (they count now). If you complete a Strike on the planet, it counts as 3 for the Grimoire (assuming you have a full fireteam).
