K, buddy, I don't know how fûckin lax your national guard are, but up here, they don't just lend you artillery. If the fighting was really bad, they might train the local population. You aren't trained to use artillery. You probably don't know how to effectively use a firearm. And man, eBay isn't exactly a plausible way to obtain something in the event of a full scale invasion.
