Anyone else think Mr. Fruit is a moron?
When bungie interviewed him, he said that if he could change 1 thing, it would be to fix shotguns specifically.
Well instead of just shotguns, they screwed over all special weapons, making them useless unless they regen ammo or by camping by the ammo spawn locations.
This by itself is quite annoying. However, it gets worse.
Mr. Fruit, having gotten what he wanted, immediately turns around and starts freaking out about the 4th horseman.
Surely I can't be the only one thinking he is a jackass.
Edit: I never said he was the reason they changed it.

3 RepliesYeah. When I want destiny YouTube content I go for someone whose actually informative like Datto or PlanetDestiny. I don't enjoy watching someone spout off random and forced jokes that cater to an audience below the age of 15. Just my opinion though.

There's at least 100k people who disagree with you about Mr. Fruit. Personally, I think he's funny. I like him because he doesn't take gaming so seriously. All about having fun. As for crucible changes, they are for the better. Crucible play is much more balanced now. If you don't like his content, don't watch it maybe?

Personally, I think this thread is disgusting. Regardless of whether I enjoy his videos, which I do, I don't understand why anyone would enjoy posting hateful messages about someone who clearly enjoys playing destiny and wants to share that with other people. It's not like anyone is forcing you to watch his videos.

Mr fruit challenge. Watch his Monte Carlo video on YouTube . Whom ever can watch the whole thing without wanting to kick his teeth in wins. I made it 38 seconds. He's voice changes and stupid jokes. Being made to view MR Fruit videos would be my personal hell.

He just does what he does. I don't have a successfully YouTube channel with thousands of followers so who am I to say. Aside from that, I highly doubt him saying "oh I think shotguns need work" made bungie change it within a week...idk maybe the hundreds of forums posts in the months prior about shotguns led to that but that's just speculation.

You are probably not the only one. You may, however, be in the minority.... just saying! In my opinion, patch 1.1.2. has made the Crucible much more enjoyable. No more abuse of specials, Felwinter´s, Plan C´s and so everywhere.
