Do the dlcs scale with your level? The bosses in the second dlc are kicking my ass

Nope. They're just harder than the base game's bosses.

I'm lvl 165 first play through and didn't struggle with a single boss in story. Go to dlc and It's quite a challenge.

Just finished second about to start 3rd as we speak

3rd is objectively the easiest, boss wise.
