Used to be a member, I left/ was excommunicated a few years ago. My whole family is LDS and so is the family that adopted my little girl. Anyways, I've seen so many mormon stuff popping up lately, thought you'd all like to know the perspective of someone who used to be a member and is living in Utah or as I like it call it, Mormonland USA.

I seriously frown upon denying other people's religious (having been taught not to in Primary), so I won't. I'm a Deacon and I was taught never to bash anyone else's parade, and was told to never wave a flag and yell "this is the true church!" But to all of you who are saying that we worship Joseph Smith and that he was a conman are being immature and ARE bashing on people's on us LDS people's parade. If you would sit down and read the Book of Mormon then you would realize that Joseph Smith could absolutely NOT sit down and write 500+ pages of the Book of Mormon like JK Rowling does with HP books! I would like to say that If I was held at gunpoint and I would be let free if I denied my religion, I'd take two in the head. Everyone who's bashing on us Mormons and calling us crap should check yourself before you wreck yourself.
