What happens if you open both portals after killing Atheon, can you still enter them both and look around? Seems like a good place to start.

You will not get marked if you enter a teleport you have not gone through during the Atheon stage. If it's "Venus" every time, open the mars portal and run through. You won't be marked since no relic ever spawned there. Don't think that's how a chest will spawn since its random where you're teleported

I said AFTER KILLING ATHEON. If you all hang around and have a guy on each totem and the other two enter the portals and have a look around. Don't know if anything interesting might be present, or if anything will have changed in either portal.

Well since you decided to go all caps lock and be a dick, I was talking about after killing Atheon too. If you get teleported EVERY TIME to one side, AFTER YOU KILL ATHEON, open up the portal you didn't get teleported to. You will not get marked in there, since no relic ever spawned in there. If you go in the side you WERE TELEPORTED TO, you will be marked.

Lol If Atheon sends you to the same side every time during the fight then go to the other side, otherwise you will be marked. So basically, you can't really re enter the portals after the fight as you can't cleanse due to the relic being gone. My bad man, it wasn't getting through lol

Let's say you get teleported to Venus 3 times in a row during Atheon fight, defeat him after the third teleport. Now that the fight is over, you open up mars portal. You were never teleported there, so no relic ever spawned there, meaning you don't get marked when you go in. If you go in Venus after the fight is over, you get marked instantly. Do I have to explain it another way?
