just done it three time no problem
stop trying to cheese it from the cliffs and you won't have problem

using a sniper on the cliff is not cheese. It's Bungie's fault the developers were too stupid to program some adds to fight up there. (or to program realistic AI that causes target to move toward the shooter)

Right I should use my snipers from 10 ft instead of 150ft. That's logical.
