I soloed it earlier.
But it took like 7 tries.
Haha probably 4 of those were hobgoblin insta-snipes, 2 of them were self-rockets to the face (one into a rock and one into the face of a captain who jumped out. I was very close to killing the archon priest as well which sucked.)
And...I'm sure something else went wrong. Either way it was a while. But after a while I decided I couldn't not solo it. Lol

Like you, I've done those things while trying to solo the nightfall, but I've also fallen off a cliff while zoomed in with my sniper rifle AND moving around at the same time. Wish I could see that from a 3rd person view. 😂
