All the Donkey Kong Country games- especially Tropical Freeze. And Wizards and Warriors for the NES, also composed by David Wise (the guy who did DKC).
Wise worked for Rare and for a long time and did some notable scores. Check out the video of Wizards and Warriors. Even in its 8-bit glory it has some of the best, most-catchy music.
