Just wondering how many other players out there like to work out/lift? I follow the 4chan fit forum and thought it would be cool to start a general workout thread. This can be used to discuss a bunch of stuff relating to lifting and ask/answer questions. For example I want to get my OHP up. Anyone have tips?

Keep trying for one extra rep and after you're comfortable at that weight, go up. I go for 6 reps till I push myself to the next weight. Working hard to cut down from bulking season to look good for the summer right now
