Its not about the money. To me its about how this practice is common place in games nowadays and its ruining the gaming industry. Nearly every game that ships now is incomplete. They all require day 1 patches. On top of that to get the full experience of the game you are pretty much required to buy the DLC when it comes out. People that say "Stop being cheap" or "Get a job" are apart of the problem because they throw their money at these companies no matter what the DLC contains so there is no reason for these companies not to skimp on Downloadable content if people are willing to pay for it.
The gaming community as a whole needs to start voting with their wallet as oppose to blindly buying season passes/DLC before the game comes out.
