ONE (1) ETHERIC LIGHT gained from new POE and HOW activities . 3. weapons can be REFORGED with gunsmith to get new perks for 1 mote of light, weapon parts and 250 glimmer. Seems to only work for new HOW vendor and faction weapons. not old ones. 4. The speaker can offer: Asc energies can be converted to Asc Shards. Asc. shards can be traded for motes of light 2 for 1. YES! 5. Upgrade path for exotics are automatic. 1 exotic shard, glimmer and weapon parts. No need to wait for Xur to upgrade. DOES NOT RESET WEAPON PROGRESS! 6. 4 and 5 are what keeps the tower relevant
