Best thing revealed in the new reef reveal? In the ToO reveal? NEW Q
There was a lot added, like the upgrade of weapons to 365, material exchange, new models for vendor gear, and the reef itself. What are you looking forward to?

2 RepliesI watched the stream but there was 2 things I didn't really understand. 1) So ANY legendary armor can get you too LV 34? Even vendor? 2) let's say you don't have a weapon fully maxed out, will upgrading it give it max attack and fully maxed out? Or will it just increase the base attack??
