It sucks that all those poor basterds can get to light level 34 with out dlc.... I dont get it.

If they didn't allow light level upgrades to non DLC players, nightfalls would be insurmountable at one point for non DLCers. Allowing them to level up is purely in favor of game progression

They can't just exclude people who don't want to buy the dlc from getting stronger that's wrong. But it may encourage them to buy the dlc because how hard it is for them to get to the new light level. I think it's a good business tactic to be honest with you. Plus they won't look as cool as us guardians who bought the expansion

Edited by RichyWoo: 4/23/2015 8:32:01 AMHeres the thang. If you buy the DLC you get to fly to level 34 using all the paths the game to offer. Non DLC players get crawl to level 34 via constant repetative grinding in the crucible and basic strikes.

That was me.. If you get all iron Banner gear and an exotic helm you can also go to 32

Does it really matter? To me it's not about the armor but about the sweet guns you can get and they won't be able to get all of the new guns
