So, can someone get to light level34 just by upgrading the armour they already have?

34 will actually be a challenge again!

And they will have to be lucky enough to to get one for each armour piece. But if they don't have the DLC, it makes it even harder to get to light level 34.

That sounds toooooo easy, I will bet those little upgrade thingys will be like getting a Gally drop!!

It will probably take you months to get enough of that thing to upgrade all your stuff, if ever.
