Yeah, Axiom Verge is really good. Money well spent. Shovel Knight is the only other one from the Spring Sale I'm really interested in but I can wait till it goes on sale/PS+.
If you like Metroidvania, Dust An Elsyian Tale is phenominal. If you can get past the fact that it's basically FurAffinity: The Game, its great.
OFF is weird, but good. The download link gives a far better description than I could:

Frog Fractions is also weird. I just beat it yesterday. Just play it some and when you seem to get to a roadblock, start experimenting with the keyboard.

I absolutely adore Dust. I don't mind it's anthropomorphic theme either. Wasn't it developed by one person? Sadly I don't have a PC anymore. I'll have to remember those links in case I ever get a new one. Thanks for the info.

Yeah. He did everything but the music and voice acting. Apparently he was originally going to animate his own movie, but after hitting a roadblock he started messing around in XNA making an 8bit style game based off of the movie's lore. That won an award from Microsoft that got him a ton of money to make a proper game and Dust was the result. I haven't heard if he's restarted working on the movie since the success of Dust. I have 300/400 gamescore on it for the 360 and 12/5/2 trophies when i got it for free with PS+/ :P There is a wineskin for OFF if you meant you have Mac/Linux. If you meant you're just on a phone, then yeah, both of those might be hard. Frog Fractions is a browser game.
