Hockey is the toughest fastest sport out there and playoff hockey is the absolute epitome of nerve racking, heart pounding, nail biting of a sporting event. How is basketball even fun with people are scoring left and right and dunking every minute which is somehow an amazing feat for a 7 footer to dunk -_-

Lol so do you prefer to use statistics like TV ratings which account for other people subjective opinions...I've played both sports and hockey was always more fun and more a team sport that involved everyone. A basketball player is out there for over half the game but skaters r only out there for about a minute at a time and max out around a third of the game depending on which position you are at

U can use tv ratings and basketball wins that. I'm just saying u can't say one of the toughest nerve racking blah blah. It's all subjective. I've played both also. Granted basketball a lot longer and it's extremely physical at a high level. Both sports are awesome in my opinion and this is a stupid poll.
