I hope it's a relic that fires an extremely powerful bolt but the shooter needs to be stationary and charge it up while the other guardians defend the shooter

No no like you stand still, hold down the trigger your super bar fills up and then it shoots when full(like a fusion rifle) but you are stationary during the whole time

Kinda like the Aegis. You have to stand still or else detainment field might pwn you. You gotta get the super bar charged, too. Then it shoots when super bar is full.... Unless you're talking about a Devil Walker Cannon thing which would be cool as hell.
