(A grizzled, unshaven man wearing a tattered general's greatcoat steps forward and salutes. His side is heavily bandaged, and the wounds he bears bleed through the cloth.) Good to see a friendly face. I am Lord Commander Sauron Melchior of the Perthian Imperial Guard. We managed to punch through the Outlaw cordons to reach here, and luckily we only lost two ships. The remainder of our forces have traveled on to Bayreach. As you can see, our troops have returned to their homeland, hurt yet bearing good news. We used a Multiversal generator to reproduce the weapon used on us by Edgewater, and we used it to completely level their main base. Perth is avenged at last. My ship was lost in the final battle, and many of our men- (Here he pauses as he sways, coughing) -including myself, are badly wounded. If we may avail ourselves of your medical aid, that would be appreciated. Please deliver our message to the Council. (He salutes gravely and sits down on a nearby bench.)

I'm very careful in how I pick my targets. When I say "main base" I mean military, not residential. Besides. I won't be taking over anything. I serve this planet's people, no one else. If you wish to accuse me more, please do. You leveled this city, and murdered civilians. Do you think I would be so foolish as to do the same to you? [spoiler]Srsly man. Now aside from that, what will the real leaders of this city do when they learn that you have attacked allies, hm?
