The damage over time is to high, it's obvious.... the play style is fine the instrument is over powered. It's frequency of use makes this obvious.

Both TLW and Hawkmoon can 2 shot people, Hawkmoon can even OHK. Saying that Thorn should be the only exotic hand cannon without 2 shot potential is just silly.
