Now that proof has surfaced. Refunds should too
Each Expansion includes. Cut and dry. No raid means false advertising. Dont tell me your working on it. Unless you can show finished raid by may 19.

Everything has fine print. The OP didn't post his email so I'm sure it says it somewhere at the bottom "All items/terms are subject to change without notice." But you are allowed to get a refund anyhow if you bought them off your consoles respective store as long as the dlc hasn't landed yet.

Hmm... It also didn't say when you would receive your new raid. To be clear HoW does come with a raid, you will just not get it until later. So yes Deej confirms we will get a raid, Deej also confirms that we will not get it on may 19th. So despite saying that it will be there, it does not give any date. And i'm sure somewhere in the fine print it states that this can be changed at anytime by bungie, and by purchasing this product you agree to Terms and Conditions, the terms being... that bungie can change this whenever they want. You guys are just making yourselfs miserable. (sorry for repeating myself in this post. People don't listen)

2 RepliesThey said they didn't want to push the raid from this expansion, but they needed to. They also informed us we will be getting a raid, just will be later in the year. Why would they give us a refund? We're still getting everything and more. There's been other games where the DLC for expansion passes wasn't released till a year after the game was out. There also have been times where glitches were allowing people to download expansions for free. I can understand being disappointed, however Bungie has reminded us that nothing with HoW is set till it's released. Hopefully the raid alternatives will interest you, however I don't think you will be able to get a refund. I will recommend that you don't preorder DLC unless you're absolutely confident in what you are getting is what you want.

This advertisement has no release date therefore they have no legal obligation to meet your deadline for releasing a raid. Im not saying they will release it for free im just saying IF ALSO: I'm sure Bungie was smart enough and have good enough lawyers that there is a "product is subject to change" clause in there somewhere when you hit that purchase button

2 RepliesI don't mind waiting if they fix the bugs on it. You don't want another crota raid full of bugs. As long as they don't end up charging money for that new raid I'm ok with it. They need to fix crota and VOG fast.
