Clusterbomb perk is almost useless.
Does anyone else notice that the clusterbombs of rocket launchers with the perk usually don't do anything and if they do it's about as much damage as shooting Crota with a white auto rifle... I just don't understand how something like hunger of crota clusterbombs don't even do half damage to a level 2 dreg in cosmodrome.

I use mine in Crucible to spread the joy to bystanders - usually to good effect

It's only decent on HoC with Hive Disruptor as the perk will proc on the clusters sometimes dealing a noticeable bit of bonus damage. Otherwise they hit for like 2s and 3s or something like that lol.

2 RepliesYeah i agree but at the same time i know that they can work ive been killed in pvp by the clusters before. I think its a little misconceving because you expect anything in the cluster to take damage but i think you literally need to be next to one of the smaller bombs when it goes off.

Try it in a level 26 strike and see of the damage is posted. Remember our damage and armour are scaled down in low level areas and with clusters its probably splash damage.
