They said they didn't want to push the raid from this expansion, but they needed to. They also informed us we will be getting a raid, just will be later in the year. Why would they give us a refund? We're still getting everything and more. There's been other games where the DLC for expansion passes wasn't released till a year after the game was out. There also have been times where glitches were allowing people to download expansions for free. I can understand being disappointed, however Bungie has reminded us that nothing with HoW is set till it's released. Hopefully the raid alternatives will interest you, however I don't think you will be able to get a refund. I will recommend that you don't preorder DLC unless you're absolutely confident in what you are getting is what you want.
