There is a bug currently in the game that make it so guns are counted as firing from the Hip while ADSing. from what i can tell it is caused by lower connection people aiming down sights but still get all buffs/ nerfs of the gun if it was Hip firing. I've even heard of people that limit the upload speed on there router to make it happen more constantly while using "The Last Word" The Last Word is currently the only gun that is positively effected by this Bug( because TLW is only suppose to get the "bonus headshot damage" while firing form the Hip). people can ADS while firing TLW and still get eh buff to damage, but having the ADS accuracy it would have normally. The main guns that are negative effected by this are "Universal Remote" and any Shotgun with the range finder or Shot package perk. personally I think they should remove TLW or at least part TLW's final perk. that gives it the bonus damage. ( of the limit its range so its a 3-4 shot kill from Mid to long range. this but is massive and need to be addressed.
