he left with the dragon to heaven at the end of Dragon Ball GT and unable to come back so how would you expect the destiny Universe to fight him? theirs no dragons ball to wish him back.
but of couse if Goku was alive then he would win withouth much effort.

Goku didn't die at the end of GT. He merged with Shenron and the dragonballs essentially becoming immortal.

Then what are ghosts ? Live die turn into a ghost is usually how it works. Nobody in his family could see him and it was the last time he could watch them.
