It still doesn't change the fact that he wouldn't know what to do when the Oracles appear. Or when Atheon banishes him to the dark, inescapable corners of time. Hope he enjoys nonexistence ;)

He just instant transmissions back, or he just Iberia shots atheism first. As a matter if fact he could just blow up the entire vault

If he is outside the normal realm of space and time, he's not going anywhere. And that's assuming that the material used to construct the Vault can even be damaged by his attacks. For all we know, it could be like the Precursors in the Halo series, whose structures would be completely immune to even Goku's most powerful attacks.
