And requires a Ki signature to lock on to. Ki, in the context of DBZ, does not exist in Destiny, so he won't be able to IT to Atheon.

Every living thing has ki does it not? Even androids like atheon kinda, I would kind of love to watch goku fight him haha

Every living thing in the [i]DBZ universe[/i] has Ki. Plus, IT definitely works spatially, but nothing suggests that it works temporally.
