What happened to the Shan Shyuum home world? And what is it's real name?

It was destroyed. Can't recall how. The name was Janjir Qom (I believe I spelled that wrong but I'm not going to cheat and look it up).

Correct! It was destroyed when it's star collapsed on itself.

Well it would also depend on what bit of the timeline its on cause another answer could be the reformist left with the dreadnought and the traditionalists stayed on Janiur quom(sorry for the spelling)
