They are not squishy, they hve the same health depending on how the subclass is set up. Their supers make it super easy to get multiple kills every time, not just when the other team is stupid enough to sit in a circle holding hands. As for shoulder charge it doesn't make up for lack of overshield or ranged melee and more often ends in getting shot down or shotgunned
