While I'm super happy that the 'old' legendaries will be able to achieve max stats, I'm wondering why there apparently is not going to be any progression for common/uncommon/rare items? It Would certainly add replay value as I would be pretty psyched to delete a character and start over for that some of that deadly looking but useless stuff (outside of pvp) as well as huge variety...I think it would effectively negate the need/requests for transmog.
