What is the blue smelter demon's weakness? I cant beat him.

Just do the fight alone with a heavy hitting weapon.. It's about the exact same as the original smelter demon fight.. I'd say the weapon you can make from his soul is worth it; it does incredible damage when you duel wield it with the the other smelter sword

I think it is dark damage.

Doesn't have one, nor does he count towards a certain damage type, plus fights not worth it.
