Dunno if you've already done it, but you need to find the keys to each respective DLC before you can enter them.
It's not like the 360 version where it was just given to you lol.

Ok, I'll keep that in mind, currently on my first play through and am at the very beginning of iron keep and only beaten lost sinner out of the four great ones.

Alright you have a little then lol. Just be mindful of the enemies in the DLC areas. Many have status effects and they are very hard to stagger.
