Armor piercing rounds vs explosive rounds
should I use armor piercing rounds or explosive rounds on a hand cannon? (APR bumps impact up a nick, and explosive rounds blow up)

The eplosive does abit of area damage. A portion of the bullets damage is done over that area. It's really effective on Vex, and though not as good as firefly, still a really good perk. Do not use firefly and explosive rounds together, it can cause firefly to activate less often
