Lvl 24 hunter need help doing strikes and getting reputation and marks for gear

I'm looking for someone that can handle VOG, I only have one other person I play with. Would really like to finish VOG, and Crota's end before house of wolves is released. I'm level 31 but not very good or fast. Just love to play in a team environment. I have a MIC.
