It's the fact that he knows he's not the best but the weapons players use make them think they are good. In other words he's good because he doesn't have to use those broken ass weapons that will get nerfed

Satire is supposed to be funny though, this isn't even slightly, and the TC is just commenting on everyone's post like a clueless troll. So all in all, this isn't even close to satirical. I think you and the TC need to buy a dictionary so you can learn the meaning of satire.
