While I agree that making cool downs slower is great and so is bullet tank, I just can't help but reinstate what I said. The majority of the players use self Rez. Which is useful for raids and nightfalls. But it's not very team supportive if you don't die or die in a bad spot. Especially considering one person can hide and just have the other guy orbit and come back. But in the end it all does come down to preference.
