Top Reasons for Death in Crucible
So there I was, being me, billybadass420 and some jackhole shot me with a gun! Like a scrub! And the game like glitches out or something and i died! I mean wtf?! I was MLG in CoD, Halo, Battletoads, Pong... I beat Halo 6 on LASO with a guitar hero controller and the donkey conga drums yesterday! I don't understand! Bungie I hope you read this cause I shouldn't die. There's just no way. Especially not in iron banner. I mean its just not fair! PVP needs some serious nerf or the store brand equivalent "merf" (patent pending). We need a melee only option but you can only melee from a foot away. Oh and no class abilities. Oh and no one else can sprint. And I have a gun. Also everyone else has 25% of my total health. Seriously. If this isn't fixed I'm dropping off a lawsuit at my local dry cleaners and I'll wear the hell out of it at my local GameStop. Dumb kids. Buying weapons from xur and other vendors n shit. Unbelievable. Just wow.

I had a nice kill streak going in IB last night when I got a bit trigger happy and launched a rocket at my feet while running. One of my teammates was nearby looking at me like... Umm ok. I was like.. Move along folks, nothing to see here.

5 RepliesSeriously, I die for stupid reasons. Sometimes, it just seems like there are bad guys everywhere. Like, right when I'm shooting this guy, I'm killed from behind/beside/above/below/in between/from the inside. Sometimes, I throw my lightning grenade as I'm running by a door and it sticks to the door and kills me instead. Sometimes, I'm sniped from a floor above me (because apparently there are guns that shoot through buildings). This one time, I was killed by a hunter that walked through rocks and had this crazy sporadic ability to jump like a grasshopper and disappear like a ghost. I've even spontaneously exploded while alone in room before. However, the WORST of it all, the absolute WORST is when I'm shooting this guy and he just keeps living...almost like my bullets have no effect on him. And then this guy pulls a Houdini and is magically behind me with a shotgun. Yep, stupid deaths. I should know better by now.

1 ReplyI'd say that the people who kill me in this weeks iron banner are out gunning me. If they are using thorn, its still a fair fight. I was just against a guy who was landing headshots every time with that thing. DoT or not, that's a fair amount of skill.

1 ReplyOh, crap, just noticed the sarcasm tag. Can I change my vote to "Obama", or is it too late? But yeah, there's an awful lot of people bitching about IB. People need to remember that strategy, character builds, and tactics that work for regular Crucible don't work for Iron Banner. Everything counts: Light level, weapon Attack ratings, Armor/Recovery/Agility stats... It isn't as simple as maxing out Recovery and picking a high-impact weapon.

Can we make a slot for "I was on a kill streak above 10 and my dumb ass team pushed to hard and flipped the spawn causing me to die" Happened twice today and we had a team of 6. That's what i get for playing with idots.
