Are people forgetting the norfleet sham combo? It's like firing 3 gjallerhorns at once and you don't take any damage from it. Also good luck getting that 4% chance to deal damage to me.

How about the siren using bee shield and sand hawk with legendary cat class mod? Phase lock an enemy and it's toast.
