You're once again misunderstanding how evolution works. A fish doesn't just grow a leg. There's a whole phase of in between where it slowly evolves to be able to navigate and survive land better and better until it no longer needs the water. It doesn't go from the water to living on land and having legs in one generation. Evolution doesn't claim that. Only people who don't believe evolution claim evolution claims that.
