Glass half full or crowd corntrol?
I just got my second vanquisher today. The main difference between the two is one has glass half full and the other has crowd control. Which of these do you think is the better perk?

Crowd control gets more use in pve. Glass half full can be used to good effect in pvp if the clip size is small enough

1 ReplyGlass Half Full - Gives a whopping maximum 6% damage boost on your very last bullet. Crowd control - Pathetic 15% damage boost on every round fired within 3 seconds after a kill.
