Turtle Error code upon sign in

I have tried everything that the error code search result suggests over ten times now and I still cant get bast the title screen to choose a character. I have a laptop and other mobile devices connected to the same network and it still gives me the error code. there's no packet loss and I have a wired connection, this has been a problem since 9:00 AM this morning and it's now 6:20 PM. I was hoping it was something Bungie side but there are people on my friends list playing. Help would be much appreciated I have a raid to do

  • Hi Ara -- When you test your Xbox Live connection, does the console give you any sort of error message? Also, have you [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]cleared your cache[/url]?
