It doesn't matter if it's a shit answer or not. Creationism gives a distinct answer to [i]why[/i], Evolutionism gives a distinct answer to [i]how[/i].
The simple form of what I said is
"You can't debate against something that doesn't even answer the same question."
It seems a lot of people in all the debates I see, don't realize that.

It doesn't matter if you think it's an unfulfilling answer. It is still an answer. You may think that you need more for it to be a viable answer, but you don't.

Example: Evolution: [b]Why is there a universe?[/b] I don't know. [b]How are people as they are today?[/b] Because there was a need to adapt and evolve to meet our conditions on earth. Creation: [b]Why is there a universe?[/b] God made a universe because he was lonely and wanted a companion made in his likeness to spend eternity with. [b]How are people as they are today?[/b] I don't know. "God did it" is as much an answer to why, as "because Evolution" is to how.

science can explain why. just not when you use evolution to try to explain why the universe began. that's like using a ruler to measure the temperature, yiour using the wrong tool.
