I dont think you will have to buy comet to get it, should just be time locked on the dlcs already released by then, either way both consoles are getting the same amount from comet, just the xbox is having timed exclusives come avaliable at a similar date. You're not missing much but hey hawkmoon is sexy and it'll be interesting to see peoples opinions on it around the time they become avaliable to xbox owners
