Bullying special needs children
What would you do if you saw someone bullying a special needs child or a disabled person?
Edit:bully is not special needs. Kid he is bullying is

You get a dunce hat. Go to school. Confront the kid and say this "Hey I was gonna give this to you as a joke. But you wouldn't get it."
