But use look sensitivity of 1, invert the look axis from your normal, no audio (music is okay), and cover your radar with a sticky note.
Addendum. Doodles on said sticky note are acceptable.

That's not that hard. Low sensitivity is 80% better than high sensitivity most of the time in crucible. It helps you keep a steady aim, so you can hit headshots way easier
