Relax, it's just a show. Plus, Goku may be godlike at his max potential but supes is a god at his heyday. Wiz and Boomstick is right, you can't surpass a limit if the opponent has no limit in the first place. Just be glad Goku went out like the badass he is, it was an epic fight.
