The only problem I see with this is that you assume all men harass women. I have female friends that I treat no differently. As long as you're a team player I could care less about your gender. Having an all girls clan is not a bad thing, just please don't assume that all guys are the same. because if the roles were reversed and Someone made an all Male clan and said no women because (insert ridiculous reason) then there would be quite a complaint made.
