"Are you a girl?" Now it doesn't bother me but it's the fastest way for me to judge you're a thirsty moron. :)
English
-
To be fair, I ask so I can use proper pronouns.
-
This one guy I know joined a party I was in and the first thing he did was shout, "Oh my god, is that a girl?" That was too funny. We laughed at him all day...
-
What if they are just genuinely curious ?
-
Even so, how is it relevant? Gender hardly matters while gaming. It only matters if you wanna date people, and people who do that online are y'know, pretty weird. Generally speaking.
-
Not necessarily, but I can understand why someone would think that. There are a lot of negative examples as to why it's bad, however there are people who just like to know who they are playing with.
-
I agree with this if I'm playing with a girl I don't want to curse as much and stop myself from talking about certain topics.
-
Cringe. What the actual -blam!-, do you think all girls are special flowers who can't hear a swear word. I hate when people do crap like that, you can talk to girls like normal human beings. We don't burst into flames when you say a naughty word -.-
-
Edited by KINGNICKA69: 5/5/2015 6:50:47 PMBecause girls get offended when you say shit like c/unt and do nothing but constantly swear and I'm sure you don't want to play a game listening to us calling some girls whores and talking about hairy assholes
-
Maybe children do. But no, I dgaf. Some girls are wholes and some assholes are hairy. Only little bxtches get offended.
-
When a moon is hanging out a window Some imbecile is proud of his behind You now receive way too much info And the image is burned into your mind There's nothing grosser than a man with a hairy ass Man with a hairy ass A hairy ass Everybody! A hairy ass Every chair is nice and cushy When you have a bushy tushy You can make it look more dapper If you buy a good weedwacker Doesn't help a girl's libido When you wear a tiny Speedo A hairy ass! Everybody! A hairy ass! When a girl is lying in a dark room Her brand new lover's naked in her bed She runs her fingers down his body And lets out a scream that wakes the dead Her hands are tangled up in his scary hairy ass His scary hairy ass A hairy ass Everybody! A hairy ass!
-
That's your specific opinion though and more girls get offended from some things than other. On the topic of hairy assholes I'm not talking about that because you cannot contribute to the conversation effectively the same way as if I'm talking to only girls and they're talking about make up or their period I cannot contribute to the conversation. It's generalizing I'm not saying I'm not going to swear but I don't know you and I don't want to get you offended regardless of gender. Gender just comes into play because girls take some words more seriously then guys.
-
Trust me some chicks have right to talk about a hairy ass. Actually most females cause they shave that hole more than men.
-
Thanks for the insight cannot say I knew that
-
Dude, have you ever talked to a girl? That's horribly misogynistic.
-
It's not about gender though it's like that with everybody I would want to know if somebody is gay or retarded so I could stay away from calling them a fag or a retard
-
You really shouldn't use the word "retarded" to begin with. "Gay" is more forgivable but it completely depends on how you use it. If it's used aggressively like how most gamers use it, then no. Don't. If you use it in an obvious joking manner, then yeah it's probs ok
-
Regardless of what's socially correct I'm using the words like I'm not going to call somebody gay in the tense of you're a homosexual and should be treated lesser but say it more like -blam!- where it doesn't necessarily a term to insult homosexuals at all times.
-
Edited by Shes Magic: 5/6/2015 10:56:49 AMThe thing is if you continue to use gay as a derogatory term, people are going to think you do not like gays. Not everyone knows what you're thinking. Hell, I don't even do the joke thing and use the word gay ironically unless I'm only around people who will understand that it is a joke. That way my words have no unintended consequences. I guess what I'm trying to say is that your words do have an impact on others whether you know it or not. I get where you're coming from though.
-
So you have my mindset I'm censor myself from some words and topics because I don't want other people to be offended if people want to take it like I don't curse in front of girls and so on that's on them but I don't want to hurt somebody's feelings unintentionally because I'm not rude to others without reason
-
I guess. There's just a lot of words I refuse to use because of how hateful they are. They serve no use in even comedy. Even in places where nobody else can hear them.
-
I'm gonna assume you're a kid considering you think conversations are based depending on gender. "Oh you're a girl? Let's talk about periods and make up" What the actual -blam!-, kid. Have you ever met a girl, like damn.
-
Yes you dumb bitch it's an example I'm not saying that's all you talk about I'm saying it's something I have nothing to talk about on that subject
-
Wow wow wow! You can't say the b word! I'm a GIRL! You have to bow down to me and treat me like a princess! No swearing, nothing rude, make sure to do everything I say, etc, etc. because, y'know
You're a little bxtch
-
You're the one taking it like that. Never did I say I wasn't going to swear I don't give a -blam!- about it I just don't want to offend you by saying something, but you act like I'm trying to white knight. I'm being civil, but if you want me to treat you like somebody I know then -blam!- it I will. My fault for trying to keep people happy.

Okay KingNicka69...
