10% refill per kill. Doesn't sound like much but in practice it works very fast, especially because you can kill 4-5 trash enemies in no time at all with headshots. I've been running it with only 35% discipline regen and it seems like I've constantly got a grenade available for use.

Absolutely - grenadier is wildly underrated I reckon, especially because Timur's lash allows you to string multiple kills together so quickly.
